This is a picture of my double page spread analysis, top of the pops have kept a consistent house style as they used the speech bubble illustration on the contents page as well. I like the fact that the celebrity is looking directly at the camera, and that the background is a mixture of cream/white so it doesn't take focus away from the celebrity. One thing which I will use like top of the pops is a few extra pictures of my artist out and about as the audience can then find out more about the day to day lifestyle of the artist. Other things which I mentioned is the quotation of something the celebrity says in the interview this is good as it makes the audience want to find out why they said that particular quote and then they decide to read the interview this is something I am going to use in my own magazine, as a lot of magazines tend to use it to make the audience read further on. Another thing which I liked in this interview is that there was a little bit of information at the end of the interview on when you can next see the artist. For fans this is good as it means they can then listen to the radio or look on google to find out where they can buy the album.
I liked this double page spread and there is a lot of things I can take away and use in my magazine to make it simple but effective.
