Skyline and social networking links

 
As I already had the idea to include what is the magazine at the top of the page (skyline) and a social network link at the bottom this was one of the first things I included. I decided to use Red for the line as that was one of the main colours in my magazines. Blue was also another one of the main colours in my magazine so I decided to include this as well. The font I used was 'Vani' I thought this went well with the masthead without taking over to much space. I then decided it would be a good idea to include a black stroke as I didn’t think the text was bold enough. This worked really well so I decided to use it at the bottom of the page as well as the contents page. The pictures of these are below;

It was important that I included social networking links as my target audience use these on a day to day basis.
